The main hall measures approximately 63 by 59 feet with 20-foot ceilings, industrial concrete floors and an open layout that supports seated or standing music experiences depending on the production. That flexibility makes the venue useful for intimate touring performances, special one-off shows, listening-room style events and music-centered collaborations that need more than a small club but do not belong in a thousand-capacity room.

How music programming is developed. 108 Blue Star does not operate as an open-booking club. Music programming is curated, and may be produced by the venue, co-presented with a partner, or developed through approved talent and production partners. When 108 Blue Star contracts musicians or talent for venue-led programs, booking may be coordinated through The Colao Group or another approved partner depending on the project.

For artists and producers. We welcome programming ideas, but a submission is not the same as a direct booking request. Artists, managers and producers with a concept that fits the room can use the programming inquiry process — tell us what you are proposing, who is involved, the audience you expect and what kind of partnership or support you are seeking. Compensation, deal structure and production terms are developed case by case through the applicable producing or booking partner.

Production. 108 Blue Star does not currently include a standard in-house A/V package. Outside A/V and production teams are welcome, and a preferred production vendor can provide preset packages or custom technical solutions. Standard 110V outlets are available throughout the venue, and higher-load needs should be reviewed in advance.

Bring live music into a private event. Private clients can also explore live music as an optional creative element for weddings, celebrations, corporate gatherings and brand events, subject to artist availability and event scope.
