No two gatherings are the same, so every booking is quoted individually; the date, the hours you need, guest count, layout and production all move the number. The figures below are the usual starting points for private events, not a fixed price list. Shorter, smaller and weekday bookings can land below them, and arts, cultural and community projects are looked at differently again. If your budget sits under these numbers, tell us what you have in mind rather than assuming the answer is no.
Intimate Gatherings + Weekday Events
Typically from $3,500
Dinners, meetings, workshops, receptions, community gatherings and smaller-format events. Best suited to lighter production needs, weekday access or simpler room configurations. A short weekday booking with a small guest count can be quoted below this — ask.
Private Events + Celebrations
Typically from $5,500
Milestone celebrations, nonprofit events, corporate gatherings, brand experiences and larger receptions. For events needing fuller use of the venue, longer access windows or more substantial setup and coordination.
Signature Events + Full-Venue Experiences
Typically from $6,500
Prime dates, weddings, launches and major gatherings requiring expanded access, production or coordination. These typically involve more complex layouts, vendor activity, technical needs or extended event-day support.

Have something different in mind?
108 Blue Star is more than an event rental space. Select arts and community-focused projects may be considered under partnership or co-presenting structures rather than standard venue pricing.
